How Does It Work?
Ready-Set-Go! is a four-week program of wonderfully healthy changes, complete with the structure, support, expertise and recipes needed to make them.Week One - Get Ready:
Learn about all the whole, healthy 'Lively Foods' that nourish your body & mind. Begin a gradual transition of cutting out 'Noisy Foods': foods that are inflammatory, allergenic, addictive or just not supportive of your best health. This gradual approach means you're much less likely to experience the headaches and fatigue that often come with cutting out things like caffeine and sugar. We'll spend some time without wheat, meat, dairy and alcohol. Meet some 'Super Heroes' - nutritional powerhouses that will jump-start your health.Week Two - Get Set:
Turn down the volume again on the Noisy Foods while amping up the Lively & Super Hero Foods. Learn a powerful breathing technique to help you fight stress and boost relaxation.Week Three - Go:
Quiet time continues with no Noisy Foods. Now you're really noticing the positive effects on your body.Week Four - Keep Going:
Most programs just drop you right back into your old eating habits, but that's not how we do things in Ready-Set-Go! This week you'll make a personal plan for re-entry using the information you've learned along the way as well as the Checking In List that shows you which negative symptoms have improved for you.What Kind Of Food Is Allowed?
You may be thinking: Will I be hungry? Do I have to eat weird foods? Do I have to “go vegan”?
Set your worries aside. You will eat plenty each and every day, choosing from a long list of normal, delicious foods that you'll enjoy eating including eggs and fish; healthy fats like olive oil, nuts & seeds; whole grains that may be new to you like quinoa and millet; plus plenty of vegetables and fruits.
Don't like broccoli? No problem. There are so many nourishing foods to choose from that there's no need to eat a food you don't like.
You'll receive a ton of recipes and food preparation instruction to make it easy.

Should Anyone Not Do This Program?
Nearly everyone can safely participate in this program (including those with heart disease, diabetes and food allergies) because this is a sensible, whole-foods eating program with no herbs or other supplements, shakes, powders or pills. If you're pregnant, congratulations! But please wait until after the baby is born to try this program.
