Black Beans, Baby!

I’m a huge fan of black beans as a protein source. Not only do they provide protein, they’re loaded with fiber that helps fill you up and keep your blood sugar steady, minerals such as iron (great for non-meat eaters) and B-vitamins. Here are some of my favorite black bean recipes:
