While I'm out this week, I thought I'd give you another look at how I use my Fundamental Foods.

I have a nice, full fridge/freezer today. Some of the highlights:
cooked quinoa
steamed collard greens
roasted cauliflower pasta
eggs
sardines
baby carrots
hummus
guacamole
chickpeas
grapes
cut pineapple
vegetable soup
almond milk
hot sauce
cooked Brussels sprouts
shelled edamame
chickpea/brown rice burgers
frozen bananas
frozen blueberries
This makes it so easy during the week to throw together my breakfasts, lunches and a dinner or two. Lunch today could be the vegetable soup with edamame. ...Read More...
