Why?
Because I personally know what it’s like to be afraid for my health and the power of taking action now. When I was diagnosed with cancer in 2010, I knew the first line of defense to regaining control of my health was through the power of nutrition. I believe the healthy diet I was already following helped me survive the grueling chemotherapy. Eating right post-treatment helped me recover faster. And you know what?
